Licence terms

When you purchase a song from Sidetrack, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that specific song within your own media projects, including commercial use, provided that any commercial application credits Sidetrack as the original source. This purchase does not grant ownership, exclusivity, resale, redistribution, or modification rights.

Sidetrack grants this licence only in respect of its own use and supply of the song, and will not pursue claims against the purchaser for permitted use under this licence. Any legal claims, objections, or rights issues raised by third parties, including but not limited to AI music platforms, record labels, publishers, or rights holders, are solely between that third party and the purchaser/user. Sidetrack accepts no responsibility or liability for third-party claims arising from the purchaser's use of the song.

Secure payment via Stripe. Your songs and a receipt arrive as a single zip download.
